Services for Hattie Collins Reynolds, 67, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Long Chapel C.M.E. Church with the Rev. Dr. James A. Hill officiating and burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Reynolds died Friday in a Lufkin hospital after an illness. She was born in Kirbyville to the late Rev. & Mrs. O. E. Collins. She grew up in Lufkin and graduated from Dunbar High School after which she studied at Texas College in Tyler. Her academic training was followed by professional training in vocational nursing in Kansas City, Missouri.

In 1950 she was joined in wedlock with Mr. Ledell Reynolds and to this union was born a son, Jimmy Ledell and a daughter, Gloria E'Laine, both whom survive her.

Survivors: sisters, Venetta Collins of Houston and Hennye Andrews of San Diego, Ca.; aunt, Bettie Davies of Los Angeles; uncle, the Rev. John Jordan of Tallulah, La.; grandson, Rashaad Daviston of Panama City, Panama; cousins, Gertrude Lewis of Monroe, La., Edward Dunnings of New York City.
