FLAGLER BEACH - Cecil A. Ryder, 91, 3900 S. Ocean Blvd., a retired engineer for Lowe's Theaters, died Monday at his home.
A native Floridian, Mr. Ryder came here in 1978 from Orange City. He was a member of the George D. Whiting Lodge 22, F&AM, Washington, D.C.; a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, Mason Bodies of Cleveland; and York Rite Bodies, Alexandria, Va.
Survivors include his widow, Molly; two sons; a daughter; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Halifax Cremation Society is in charge.
