Mrs. Nan Davis, 77, mother of Elmer McCormick of Fairfield, died at Wayne City. Burial Thomason Cemetery.

Daughter of David and Millie (Forth) McCormick. Nancy was married several times. When she died her name was "Nan Davis", but apparently she was buried under the Solomon name.
The following marriages and children were found:
Nancy J. McCormick married R.B. Marhall December 29, 1889 in Logan County, Arkansas. They had one daughter, Katie. She married James Willis Solomon November 21, 1893 in Wayne County. They had two children: Helen and Vernie. She married John Scrivner in 1926 in Wayne County. He died in 1928. She married William J. "Jack" Davis in 1930 in Wayne County.
Also remembered in Bruce Cemetery.
