This is Phoebe (Birdsell) Herron/Herring's obituary. Notice the death date is February

Jacksonville Daily Journal, Wednesday, February 11, 1880
Murrayville
Died, in Murrayville at her residence, on last Saturday morning, after a short illness, Mrs. Phebe Herring. Her disease being at first bronchitis and finally terminated in pneumonia. Mrs. Herring had resided in this county for the past 52 years. She was born in 1804, and had attained the advanced age of 76 years in October. Mother Herring, as she was properly called, was a member of the M.E. church, and as we were informed by her son, died triumphant in the faith and was ready at any time to go. Her funeral took place last Sabbath at 2 o'clock p.m. at the M.E. church, Rev. Alexander Gunn preached the discourse assisted by Rev. Carlisle. Three sons and two daughters were present at the funeral. Her remains was followed by a large concourse of relatives and friends to Bethel cemetery.
