Clarsey Caroline Ball Rose

Clarsey Caroline Ball Rose,73,of Grimsleyville Virginia passed away Monday evening in a local hospital following a stroke which occurred Saturday afternoon.

She was born in Tazewell County Virginia and was a daughter of the late John and Ruthie Davis Ball, both natives of Tazewell county.

She was educated in the Tazewell County free schools and was a life long resident of the Grimsleyville section.

She is survived by her husband--George W. Rose.

Six sons--John Rose and wife Pearl Sisk Rose of Grimsleyville Virginia--Garland Rose and wife Bell Webb Rose of Marvin Virginia--Jay Rose and wife Goldie Sisk Rose of Raven Virginia--Otis Rose of Marvin Virginia--Glen Rose and wife Beaulia Webb Rose of Raven Virginia and Daniel Rose and wife Jettie Webb Rose of Raven Virginia.

Two daughters--Eddie Rose Hylton of Raven Virginia and Virgie Rose Webb and husband Roy H. Webb of Marvin Virginia.

One brother--Albert Ball.

One sister--Katherine Ball Davis.

Fourty-four grandchildren.

Funeral services are to be conducted Thursday Morning at eleven from the Richlands Tabernacle with the Rev. Grat Horton officiating assisted by the Rev. James Street and Rev. Neal Webb.

The body was removed from the Farmer Funeral Home to the residence of Roy H. Webb at Marvin Virginia on Tuesday afternoon.

Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery at Raven Virginia.
