DAVID H. FISCUS
David Fiscus was a retired manager for the California-American Water Co. for 40 years and served in the company's offices in San Marino, Monterey and Chula Vista. He was also director, secretary, vice president and later president of the Californis Water Association; past president and secretary of the San Marino Rotary Club; a member of the Escondido Rotary Club and the water committee of the Escondido Chamber of Commerce.
He was survived by his widow, Alice; a daughter, Miss Barbara Fiscus of San Diego, and a sister.
