Effie M. Tollett, 88, of Crossville, passed away March 29, 2013, at WyndRidge Health and Rehab Center. Funeral services were held March 30 at Linary Church of Christ, with Kenneth Chadwell officiating. Burial was in Linary Cemetery.
Effie was born on October 21, 1924, to Earl and Belle Patton Hassler in Linary, TN.
She is survived by sons, Lane Tollett (Sharon) and Terry Tollett (Kathy); daughters, Joan Gardner (Butch) and Kim Wyatt (Craig); grandchildren, Shannon Hay, Josh Tollett, Marlo Wright, Elijah Wyatt, Paite Wyatt, Ivy Gardner and Jacob Gardner; great-grandchildren, Caitlin Evans, Stacie Evans, Curtis Tollett, Haven Tollett and Wes Wright.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hubert Tollett; and grandson, Curtis Lane Tollett.
Pallbearers were Josh Tollett, Curtis Tollett, Elijah Wyatt, Jacob Gardner, Greg Hay and Jay Wright. In lieu of flowers, please make donation in Effie's name to the Linary Church of Christ playground fund.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
