May A. Davis, 81, formerly of Wernersville, of 262 Hopewell Road, Medford, N.J., died Wednesday in West Jersey Hospital, Marlton Division, Marlton, N.J.
Her husband Warren F. Davis, died Nov. 20, 1976.
Born in Rockland, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Jonas S. and Alice (Fenstermacher) Angstadt.
She and her husband founded Davis Florist, Wernersville, in 1950, where she worked until retiring in 1980.
She was a member of St. Daniel's Lutheran Church Robesonia, R.D. 1, and sang in the chorus from 1926 to 1988.
She was survived by a son, Frederick W., Wyomissing; two daughters, Nadine D. Kern, Miami, Fla., and Bernice D. Hall, with whom she last resided; a sister, Ethel F., widow of Edgar Bright, Coopersburg
There were also eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Lamm & Witman Funeral Home Inc., Wernersville, is in charge of arrangements.
