Thomas Anderson Dies Early Monday

Thomas Robert (Singer) Anderson died at his home in Shelbyville at 5:00 Monday morning after a long illness. He was recently a patient at the Carl Clinic in Champaign. The body was removed to the Lantz-Boettcher funeral home. Funeral services will be held there at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon with burial in Glenwood Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson was born on May 29th, 1890, the son of L. and Frances Chaplin Anderson. He leaves his wife and five children.

Anderson Funeral Service Wednesday

Funeral services for Thomas R. Anderson were conducted at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon at the Lantz-Boettcher funeral home. Pall bearers were Martin Hicks, Bert Anderson, Clyde Harris, Barney Harris, Edwin Friese and Edwin Howe. The flowers were in charge of Lulu Jane Anderson, Mary Frances Anderson, Mrs. Fronia Risacker, Mrs. Lavenia Hawk and Mrs. Gladys Martz.

Burial was in Glenwood cemetery.
