He moved to Montana and was married to Edith Catherine Holderbaum on December 12, 1910 in Cascade Co., MT. He and his wife had three children: Frank William, Leona, and Harold. Frank passed away from pneumonia on January 16 1929 in Havre, Hill Co., MT. and is buried in Highland Cemetery in Havre, MT. His wife Edith Catherine Holderbaum died January 16, 1929. After her death their younger son Harold (FAG 100961127) was adopted by his father's sister Amy Mary Hundley and her husband Ray Bushey Middough and raised in Bottineau County, North Dakota.
