Obituary
Imogene (Jean) Agueda passed away peacefully on March 23, 2013 at the age of 84 years. She was born on August 26, 1928 in Okeema, Oklahoma to Frank and Crystobelle Coplin. Imogene was married to Jerry Agueda for 40 years until he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker for 65 years and her greatest accomplishment and joy in life was raising of her two children. Imogene is survived by her daughter; Pamela Carpenter and husband Jim of Hanford, CA., son; Michael Agueda and wife Dottie of Laton, CA., grandchildren; Kayln Agueda, Haley Agueda, Matthew Carpenter, Pamela Guevara and four great-grandchildren, sister; Shirley Cole and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. with rosary to follow at 6:30 p.m. at Whitehurst-McNamara Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at St. Brigid Catholic Church burial to follow at Lemoore Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to: St. Rose-McCarthy School, 200 E. Florinda Street, Hanford, CA. 93230 or Adventist Health Hospice Services, P.O. Box 240, Hanford, CA. 93232 Arrangements are under the direction of Whitehurst-McNamara Funeral Service.
