Richard Leroy Cochran, 66, of Martinsburg, passed away peacefully at City Hospital surrounded by family on March 24, 2013.
Born Oct. 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Walter and Evelyn Cochran.
Richard will be missed by his four children, Richard, Delores, Dorinda, and Christopher; one brother William; three sisters, Marjorie, Jean, and Abbie; nine grandchildren and his loyal dog, Peanut.
In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death my one brother, Walter; and three sisters, Doris, Shirley, and Gerry.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Rosedale Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior.
Interment will immediately follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
