DILLON - Mrs. Melvina Campbell died at her home on the afternoon of June 29. On the afternoon of the 30th the body was laid to rest in the Mt. Holly Cemetery in the presence of a host of sorrowing friends. Rev H. A. Willis, of the Baptist church conducted the touching funeral service. The many beautiful floral offerings attend to the high regard in which Mrs. Campbell was held by all who knew her.

Mrs. Campbell leaves to mourn her death her husband; nine sons; three daughters; and a host of relatives and friends. She was 49 years old and a member of Little Rock Baptist church.
