Ruth Marshall Brewer was born to Alison and Lillian Marshall on March 23, 1925 in Kenilworth, Utah.

Our dear, sweet mother passed away peacefully on March 22, 2013.

She graduated from the LDS Business College and worked as a secretary for the Forest Service in Utah, Alaska, and Washington, D.C. She held several secretarial jobs throughout her life.

She married Courtney H. Brewer in the Salt Lake Temple on October 14, 1949. They lived in several locations throughout their marriage including Southern California, Salt Lake City, UT; Logan, UT; Orem, UT; Neola, UT; and Tanzania, East Africa.

After retirement they served together in the London Leeds and Texas Houston missions from 1987- 1989. She faithfully served in many church positions throughout her life.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, husband Courtney, and sister Zella Jones.

Survived by her children Diane Wamsley (Jerry), Lane (Donetta), Pamela Speth (Steven), Bradd (Brenda), Todd (Lisa); sisters Venice Howard and Lanore Fearnley; 24 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Interment will be at the Larkin Sunset Gardens in Sandy, UT.
