Wanda E. Atkins, age 90 of Willard, passed away at Mercy Hospital of Willard Thursday morning, March 14, 2013. She was born in Harpster, Ohio to the late Asa and Hattie (Bennett) Murphy. On July 1, 1939 she married her late husband, Charles Atkins. Wanda was a nurse's aide at Willard Mercy Hospital for 19 years. She enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, homemaking, and listening to country music.

She is survived by her five daughters, Nancy (Ted) Temme of Shelby, Judy (Larry) Kilgore of Willard, Kimberly Atkins of Willard, Sharon Taylor of Willard, and Terri Atkins of Willard; her seven sons, Richard (Sandy) Atkins of Willard, Ronnie Atkins of Lafayette, LA, Steven Atkins of Willard, Mike (Nancy) Atkins of Willard, Danny (Cheryl) Atkins of Willard, Gene Atkins of Ft. Meyers, FL and Kenny (Sandra) Atkins of North Carolina; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; five brothers; her husband; one son, Thomas Atkins; one infant granddaughter; and one grandson, Todd Atkins.

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, where the funeral service will be on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 10:00 AM, with Rev.
