George Elliott, aged 66, died at his son's home in Loami Monday morning. He was born at Yorkshire, Eng., and came to the United States when he was twenty years of age. In 1885 he married Miss Elizabeth Peer, of Canada, who died in 1904. One son also died during the World War. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Alexander and Mrs. Nellie Roth, both of Chatham, and two sons, Morris and Merrill, of Loami.
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at the M. E. church in Loami, in charge of Rev. C. E. Nagle, and interment was made in the Waverly Cemetery.
