Mrs. Jackson was a member of the Future Homemakers of America.
She is survived by her son, John Clayton Jackson and wife, Loretta, of Sugar Loaf Key, FL; daughter, Becky Ann Taylor and husband, Clifton, of Sanford, FL; two sisters, Jessie Lee of Orangeburg, SC and Mary Halley of Van Orin, IL; 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband John Napoleon Jackson, Jr.
The relatives and friends of Dorothy Jackson are invited to attend her Funeral Service in J. Henry Stuhr North Area Chapel, North Charleston, December 28, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock. Burial will follow in Smith Family Cemetery, Elloree, SC.
