Funeral services for Chuck will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Sacred Heart Church in Effingham. Visitation is from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening at Hall Funeral Chapel in Effingham. Burial is in Oakridge Cemetery in Effingham. Charles was born on October 17, 1928 in Watseka, IL, the son of Charles C. and Theresa (Klug) Mosher. He married Paulagene Rettig on September 1, 1951 at the Sacred Heart Church in Peoria and she survives.
Chuck was an office supervisor at WG Best Homes in Effingham for over 30 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Effingham, a former member of the Effingham City Planning Commission, he was on the Building Committee for the Sacred Heart School, and he was a member of the Effingham Sports Backers.
Survivors include his wife; Paulagene "Paula", 3 sons; Craig (wife, Debbie) of Effingham, Bradley (special friend, Mary Ann Holland) of Lisle, IL, and Scott (wife, Kathy) Mosher of Effingham, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 3 step-grandchildren, and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
