Union City Man Dies of Wounds
Union City, March 20 - A 59-year-old Union City man died in Hamot Hospital in Erie at 3:55 p.m. today of a gunshot wound sustained yesterday afternoon.

Harry Kenneth Abrams of Union City, RD 4, who suffered a head wound from a .32 caliber pistol was found in the tool house of the Miller's Trailer Court near here by Dr. Charles Rice, a Union City chiropractor and neighbor of Abrams, Corry State Police stated. Abrams, a buyer for a Union City chair company, was rushed to Union City Memorial Hospital and later transferred to the Erie hospital. Abrams resided in the trailer park with his wife. State Police said they are continuing their investigation.

Besides his wife, surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred Blackmer of Erie; a stepson, Meredith Proper of Centerville; four sisters, Mrs. Grant Brown of Centerville; Mrs. Lester Jones of Perry, O; Mrs. Lee Acel of Titusville, RD1; Mrs. Henry Ralston of Titusville; two brothers, Rexford and Donald Abrams, both of Titusville.

Two sisters, Mrs. Mable Jennings and Mrs. Zelma Thomas, and a brother, Frank Abrams, preceded him in death....

The funeral service for Harry Kenneth Abrams of Union City, RD 4, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Glenn Funeral Home in Union City where friends may call… Burial will be in Troy Center Cemetery.
