Jim passed unexpectedly at Howard County General due to a medical error. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Agnes; devoted father of Theresa Ann, James M., Jr., Jeffrey M., Brian E., Thomas C., Michael S. and the late Colleen M. Wall; brother of Stuart Wall and the late Roger, Howard and Louis Wall. Mr. Wall is also survived by five grandchildren.
A long time resident of Howard County, Maryland, he was one of the first State Farm agents in the county and served in that capacity for over 40 years. He was also a member of the Ellicott City Lions Club. A devout supporter of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Ilchester, he helped organize their annual Turkey dinner. Jim truly embodied the State Farm motto of being a good neighbor. He gave generously of his time to anyone who asked always with a smile. He is sorely missed by family and the community.
