Constance(Connie) C. Arnold McKee passed away Tuesday 3/5/13 at the Monarch in Lincoln,Nebraska. She was born September 1, 1937 on a farm Southeast of Dawson, Nebraska to James and Neoma Whitney Kanaly. She graduated from Dawson High School in 1955.
Married Joy Leroy Arnold in October 1956. Five children were born in this marriage, John, Charles, Michael James, Susan Marie, Daniel Lee and Monica Jo.
She was employed by he United States Postal Service and retired in 1992, a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Altar Society, Legion of Mary and the Pink Sister's Auxiliary, prepared and served meals at Matt Talbot Kitchen, volunteer at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Connie was an excellent cook and loved cooking for family and friends. She helped many people in her lifetime. She is a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and had great love for God.
In February 2006,Connie and Donald Lloyd McKee were united in marriage. To this marriage brought 5 stepsons, their spouses and children. Survivors: husband, Donald McKee of Lincoln;children(spouses) John and Tammy Arnold, Mike and Denise Arnold, Marie and Mike Miller, Dan Arnold and Monica and Jeff Barber all of Lincoln, Sisters and spouses; Mary and Steve Wolsleger of Lincoln and Peggy and Dale Suchsland of Omaha. Sister-in-law, Janice and Bob Arkle of York, Brother-in-law, Ken and Caroline McKee of Florida, Five stepsons and their families. Grandchilren; Justin and Amber Gish, Katie and Ryan Greisen, Nick Arnold, Seth Arnold, Drew and Brittney Arnold, Caroline Barber, Connor Arnold and Charlie Barber and 4 great grandchildren, Landon, Bella, Lyla and Bentley, all of Lincoln Numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins.
