Margaret "Marge" M. Pilz, of Saylorsburg, died Tuesday at the Pocono Medical Center, in East Stroudsburg. She was the wife of the late William Pilz.
Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Schultz Albus.
She worked as a waitress at the Colonial Restaurant in Easton for 30 years before retiring in 1988.
She is survived by 4 daughters, Cheri Searfass of Bethlehem Twp., Traci DeSimone of Jonas, Necie Tittle of Saylorsburg, and Shellie LaFever of Saylorsburg; a son, Edward of Easton; 2 brothers, John of Easton and Paul of Bethlehem; 3 sisters, Susan Albus of Easton, Joanne Stafford of Oceanside, Calif., and Rosemary Straub of Tatamy; and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey LaFever.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Blue Ridge Hook & Ladder.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday 2 p.m. at the Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton Streets in Easton. Interment will take place in Easton Cemetery.
