Wendell Bell was the son of James Omer Bell and Caroline Strong Edwards Bell. He served in the U.S. Navy at the end of WWII. He married Joanne Lucille Wilson on 24 Jan 1961 in San Mateo Co. CA. The couple had no children and divorced in 1970. Wendell was active in the Jehovah's Witnesses church and lived in OK, WY, CA, and CO. His residence at the time of his death was in Buffalo, Harper Co. OK. Wendell died at St. Mary's Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma.
