Louise (Edwards) Bell was the daughter of Joseph Denton Edwards and Caroline Strong Edwards Bell. She was adopted by Caroline's second husband James Omer Bell. Louise married Amos Clinton Reeves on 25 Mar 1933 in Shamrock, Wheeler Co. TX and they had four children.

Obituary:
Louse Reeves, 86, died Monday, March 18, 2002 in Shamrock. Memorial services were in the First Baptist Church in Shamrock, with Brother Joe G. Jernigan, pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Church, assisted by the Rev. Jack Lee, pastor. Burial was in Shamrock Cemetery under the direction of Wright Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Reeves was born July 7, 1915 in Little Rock, AR. She married Amos Reeves March 25, 1933 at Shamrock. They lived in the Twitty community forty-five years, then moved to Shamrock where they have made their home since that time.
She is survived by her husband , Amos Reeves of Shamrock; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Judy Reeves of Amarillo and Tony and Debbie Reeves of Shamrock; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and P.R. Bass of Shamrock and Mickey and Wilburn Miller of Oildale, CA.; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Dora Hayes of Bishop, CA., and one brother, Wendell Bell of California.
