He married Panchita N. Bocok in Clayton, Union County, N.M.
Roy Dean had a life time membership in the VFW and was a member of the Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing the casino, hosting a good game of cards, camping and fishing.
He is survived by a wife, Panchita of Enos; children Pinney Sabriena of Enos; Tina Beatrice Lauver of Lake Waukomis, Miss.; Cellini Carol Batman of Kenefic, Okla.; a sister Lois Geneva Grabeal, Casa Grand, Ariz.; and a brother, Jackie Neal Beer, of Liberal, Kan.
Roy Dean was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters; Ruth June Gloden, Dorothy Lee Lunsford, Bonnie Lou Lunsford and one brother; Robert "Bobby" Joe Beer, and one son; Roy Dean Beer, Jr.
Parents "Roy E." and Elsie Beer are buried in the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon, along with his brother, Bobby Joe Beer (killed in action in WWII), and sisters,
Ruth June Gloden, Bonnie Lou Lunsford, & Dorothy Lee Lunsford.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at 2 p.m. at the Liberal Municipal Cemetery, Liberal. Services are under the direction of Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Madill, Okla.
