Cannelton - Albert Franklin "Frank" Applegate, 66, died Sunday (March 8, 1992) at his home. A native of Ammons, Kentucky, (born July 5, 19250 he was the son of the late Blead Edward and Mary Lou (Wardrip) Applegate. He was a construction worker and a WWII Army veteran. He was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Wilbur and Eddie Applegate; a sister, Virginia Phillips; and a daughter, Wanda Lee Applegate in infancy.
Burial was in the Methodist Church Cemetery in Tobinsport
