Youngest son of Henry and Lydia Dutschmann.He was a PBX operator at the Metropolitan Learning Center, for 12 years. He had a wonderful and funny sense of humor. In 10 minutes over the PA system at school, students raised over $1000.00 for a special electric wheelchair for their special classmate. Otto was born a severely handicapped hydrocephalic with deformities of the spine, chest, and both legs. Otto was voted "Handicapped Employee of the Year", in Waco in 1975. He never let his handicaps bother him. He always had a smile on his face. He once said he was looking forward to heaven, because then he'd be able to walk --and we believe he is.
