LAX , RICHARD Richard Lax age 56 of Grand Rapids died peacefully on Saturday October 13, 2012. Richard was born on January 4th, 1956. Surviving are his mother Zaida, father Joe Lax, three brothers: Stephen Lax, David Brian (Ann Marie) Lax, two sisters: Debra (Ralph) Brill, Alan Lax, Sandra (Karl) Schuelke, many nieces and nephews and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his niece Tiffany Elizabeth Lax and Christopher Uri Brill which ironically he most recently had dreamt of them both together with Jesus. Richard was actively involved with Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. A Time of Remembrance will be held Wednesday beginning at 1:00 pm at the Arsulowicz Brothers East Mortuary, 937 Michigan St NE. Interment Fairplains Cemetery. His family will receive visitors Tuesday 6:00 - 8:30 pm and Wednesday one hour prior at the Arsulowicz Brothers East Mortuary, 937 Michigan St NE. Memorial contributions to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services will be appreciated.
