Dwight Lamont, 87, died in the Dansville General Hospital, Monday, May 18, after a short illness. He was born May 17, 1866, the son of the late Hiram and Harriet Fisher Lamont of the Town of Springwater, N. Y. Mr. Lamont is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Charles Carlson of Rochester, Mrs. Nettie Warner of North Cohocton, and Mrs. Yawger Bray of Silver Springs. His wife passed away in 1939. Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 21, at 2 p.m. in the Baird Funeral Home, Wayland, with Rev. Charles B. Owen, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Cohocton, officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Springwater. Mr. and Mrs. Yawger Bray attended the funeral services.
