FRED E. ANDERSON
Fred E. Anderson, 73, died at 2:30 p.m. yesterday at his home,
517 South Warren, following a lingering illness.
He was a member of Odd Fellows Lodge No. 71, the Rebekah
Lodge and Laborers Local 676.
Mr. Anderson is survived by two sons, George W., 2101 North
Kansas and Paul E. Modesto, Calif,; two daughters, Mrs. Flossie Scroggins, 814 South Missouri, and Mrs. Opal Coats, 517 South
Warren; three step-sons, Tom Rolufs, 2901 West Sunshine, Carl of Weimac, Calif., and Arthur of Republic; three step-daughters, Mrs. Ave Griffith of St. Louis, Mrs. Katie Ziegler of Newcastle, Pa., and Mrs. .Margie Sims, 1211 West Harrison; five grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are one brother, Ed A. Anderson, Ponce de Leon, and three sisters, Mrs. Verda Dye, Spokane, Mrs. Maude Allen, Route 6, and Mrs. Ora Payne, Nixa.
Services will be under the direction of Ralph Thieme.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Floyd Hans at 1 pm today at the Ralph Thieme Chapel for Fred. E. Anderson, 73, of 517 S. Warren, who died Thurs.
Burial will be in Meadows Cemetery with services at the grave by Odd Fellows Lodge, No. 71.
