Lawson Henry Biser was found dead in bed at the home of his son, Emory C. Biser, 115 West Fifth street, about 7 a.m. Wednesday. The cause of death was pronounced as heart failure by Dr. H. Lawrence Fahrney. Deputy Sheriff B. Frank Doll, State's Attorney Walter E. Sinn and Justice Alton Y. Bennett deemed an inquest unneccessary.
The deceased had not been in ill health and observed his 81st birthday Sunday. He was the son of the late Henry and Sophia Routzahn Biser, of Middletown. He is survived by two sons, Emory C. Biser, Frederick; Maurice H. Biser, Frankfort, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. John Hamilton, Frederick; and Mrs. Carrie Boone, also of Frederick; also two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Keller and Mrs. Emma McBride, Middletown.
Funeral from the home of his son on West Fifth street Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in the Middletown Reformed cemetery.
