She was born on Friday, March 6, 1931 in Stephens County, Georgia and was the daughter of James Lawrence Adams and Maude Irene (Crawford) Adams.
Henrietta was a graduate of Stephens County High School and was retired from WABCO after many years of service.
Mrs. Segars is survived by her husband of 56 years, William T. Segars, daughter, Angela (Segars) Patton, of Marietta, Georgia, son, James Segars, of Memphis, Tennessee, brother, Durward Adams, of Martin, Georgia, sisters, Morene (Adams) Sheriff, of Eastanollee, Georgia, and Annie (Adams) Ayers, of Martin, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Lawrence Adams and Maude Irene (Crawford) Adams, brother, Cicero Fain Adams, sister, Bonnie Faye (Adams) Addison.
