Funeral for Elsie Mae Gaston, 90, of Mount Hope died Sunday, March 13, 2005, at Russellville Health Care. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Homer Gaston; three sisters, Joyce Gaston, Mary Francis Stanford and Bessie Willingham; and four brothers, Joel, Jim, John and Joe Bishop.
Survivors include one son, Billie Gaston and wife, Katie, of Mount Hope; two grandchildren, Rebecca Massey and husband, Royce, of Belgreen, and Mike Gaston and wife, Fay, of Russellville; four great-grandchildren, Matthew Massey of Tuscumbia, Mark Massey of Tuscaloosa, and Meagan and Molly Gaston of Russellville; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Massey, Mark Massey, Hollis Gaston, Charles Sanford, Hershel Spruell, Clanton Hovater and Hollis Montgomery.
