. . . ."She was educated at Peace Institute, Raleigh, and several years after leaving school was married to Major T. H. Bomar and they went to Texas to live. They had only one child, a daughter, Louise Bomar, who married Mr. Lynch, of Pecos. Mrs. Bomar idolized this daughter, and she the daughter died Mrs. Bomar's grief was heart-breaking. Mrs. Lynch died in Texas. Mrs. Bomar was in Morganton at the time. She went at once to Texas and brought the body of her daughter to Morganton for burial."
