COPPERTON: Pearl Bullock Abplanalp, 96, our loving mom and grandma, passed away February 17, 2013 of natural causes. She was born December 22, 1916 in Grace, Idaho to Preston and Mary Elizabeth Ramson Sant. Pearl married Raymond Sherman Bullock in May of 1936; their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; they later divorced. She married George Abplanalp on May 15, 1965; George preceded Pearl in death.
Pearl was an active member of the LDS Church, serving as Compassionate Service Leader and as Relief Society President. She was a devoted mother who raised her family with love and pride.
Survivors: children, Robert Bullock (Donna), State of Washington; Karol Bullock Yates (Gary), Kearns; Elaine Asher, Albion, Idaho; Margie Gardner, West Valley City; LuElla Ausick (Michael), West Valley City; Susan Christensen Bullock, West Valley City; 26 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 14 great, great, grandchildren. Preceded in death by children; Edith Plett, David Lee Bullock, James D Bullock; grandchildren, Lori Brown, Russell Yates; also nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:00 a. m. in the Copperton LDS Ward Chapel, Coppereton, Utah. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday one hour prior to the service. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery. www.goffmortuary.com
