He was born Sept. 13, 1905, in Jackson County, the son of Mark and Anita Crawshaw Wisely. He was married Oct. 30, 1931, in Murphysboro, to Lola Mae White.
Mr. Wisely was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church.
He was a retired cook at Tippey's Restaurant in Murphysboro.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Milo Jr. in Phoenix, Ariz,; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Hill of Sikeston, Mo.; brothers, Aldon of Mounds and James of St. Louis, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Gossett of Carterville, and four grandchildren.
