The surname "Beam" is found in Clinton County records, but I have not been successful in connecting any of them to Adam Beem. Many with the surname "Beam" appear to have come from the Greene County, Ohio area.

Some records indicate that there was another daughter named Susannah. It is believed that Susannah was his niece, Susannah Potter [Cantrill] (FAG#206372766). She is the niece of Adam's wife, Sarah Potter Beem. It is possible that following the death of Susannah's father, Henry Potter in 1834, Susannah made her home with her aunt and uncle. She is not listed in the will of Adam Beem as being one of his children.
