Jane E. Kindig, 91, formerly of Deedsville, Indiana passed away at 7:54 a.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Clare Bridge of Troy Healthcare Center in Troy, Michigan.

Born August 16, 1921 in Richland Township, Miami County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frank and Alice Davis Weishaar. On August 9, 1940 in Chili, Indiana, she was married to Robert N. Kindig, and he preceded in death on November 18, 1996.

She was a graduate of Chili High School and a longtime active member of the Deedsville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one son, Bob Kindig and his wife Karen, Rochester Hills, Michigan; three granddaughters, Barb Winters, Beth Meinen, and Kellie King, ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Jean Harvey; sister, Blanche Blaising; and brother, Charles Weishaar, who died in Florida in 1970.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Deedsville United Methodist Church with Pastor Bill Babb officiating.

Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.
