BALSAMO - Agostino Balsamo, beloved husband of Illuminata, nee Cannata; fond father of Philip, Capt. Nicholas J., M.D., U.S.A., Salvatore, and the late Cosimo. Funeral Saturday, 9 a.m., from chapel, 3500 Harrison street, to Presentation church. Interment Mount Carmel. Nev 0644.

Agostino and Illuminata had 8 children in all. All their daughters died young of bronchial diseases. Stephano came to the US with them born 1900 and died 1903, Angelina, Stephana, and Josephine are all listed below.
