This little girl loved life and it loved her right back! She was born with the HIV virus but she didn't let that get her down. When I met Jessica she weighed 7 lbs. and was 6 months old. We were told that she would never make it to see her first birthday. Leave it to Jessica to take that as a challenge. By her 1st birthday, she weighed 10 lbs. and everyone that had met her could see she was extraordinary. In her short life she was able to improve the quality of so many other lives. She obviously didn't need as much time as the rest of us to fulfill her purpose in life. She was like a little sprite with a million dollar smile that could melt any heart. Her spirit lives on in the many lives that she touched and in the hearts of all who were privileged to be a part of her short, but rich life!
