Kathryn A. Schroeder, 85, of Fort Winnebago Township died on Wednesday October 5, 1994 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 8, 1994 at 1:30 pm at the Pflanz Funeral Home in Portage, with the Rev. Keith Epps officiating. Burial will follow in North Marcellon Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday October 7, 1994 from 4 pm until 7 pm at the Pflanz Funeral Home in Portage. Kathryn Schroeder was born on July 21, 1909 in Wisconsin the daughter of Elgin and Minnie (Loveland) Bangs. She was married to August Schroeder, who preceded her in death in March of 1979. She was a member of North Marcellon Church. Survivors include her children, Alice Schroeder and Elwood Schroeder, both of Fort Winnebago Township; nieces, nephews, other near relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and infant sister and four brothers, Jim, Ralph, Lynn and Ted Bangs.
