"Services for Eddie Joe Brannon, 50, New Orleans, formerly of Oklahoma City, will be at 2 p.m. today at Resthaven Cemetery chapel with burial directed by Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home. He died Sunday in New Orleans after a sudden illness.
A native of Fanshawe, Brannon moved to Oklahoma City in 1947, where he resided until moving to New Orleans three years ago. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and an accountant. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Tulane University.
Survivors include two brothers, Ellis, Fanshawe, and Clint, Medfrd, Ore.; six sisters, Mrs. Irene Leming and Geneva Young, both of Reedsport, Ore.; Mrs. Ruby Foster and Mrs. Janet Wann, both of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Lucille Miller, Tulsa, and Mrs. Hazel Lane, Garden City, Kan."
