Joe was employed as Water Master for the city of Heyburn, working for more than 30 years before his retirement. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He loved the outdoors and especially, enjoyed fishing. He was an outstanding craftsman and enjoyed countless hours being and creating in his workshop. Joe was an excellent cook and will fondly be remembered for his unbelievable pancakes!
