VAN ALSTYNE - Funeral arrangements were completed at Flesher Funeral Home here at noon Thursday for Mrs. Rona Crook Goode, 62, who died at 10 a.m. Thursday in her home in Dallas, where she had lived six years. Mrs. Goode was born April 13, 1897, in Van Alstyne, a daughter of the late Mrs. Sarah Dioher (sp) Crook and W. M. Crook.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. G. T. Robinson and Ms. Carroll Todd, both of Dallas, Mrs. Margie Francis of Fort Worth and Mrs. Frank Garner of Arlington; one son, Walter Goode of Eastland; four sisters, Mrs. Burrell Howell and Mrs. Opal Cripts, both of Van Alstyne, Mrs. Lawrence Olds of Weatherford and Mrs. Gus Sims of Daisetta; four brothers, Les and Wes Crook, both of Van Alstyne, Talmadge Crook of Houston and W. T. Crook of Beaumont; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
