Mary Louise Francia Griffin, 91, of Fairborn, OH., formerly of Portsmouth, died Friday, February 15, 2013, at Dayspring Health Care Center in Fairborn.
She was born September 14, 1921, at Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Phillip and Dena Zappa Francia.
She was retired from Kenner Toy Factory and a former member of St Mary Catholic Church in Portsmouth.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter Mary Lou Cotterel, eight brothers, and five sisters.
Surviving are one son, Joseph (Kathy) Griffin of Fairborn, eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, one sister, Catherine Boman of Livonia, Michigan and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at St Mary Catholic Church, with Rev. Adam Streitenberger officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday. Recitation of the Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. Monday at Melcher Funeral Home.
