Bonnie Juanita Smith, age 80, of 3966 Churchville Road, Camden, WV died at 5:30 PM Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was born November 19, 1932 at Roanoke, WV a daughter of the late Ernest and Vadie Riffle Heater. She was twice married, first to Thomas Dwight Brannon who preceded her in death then on August 20, 1993 she married Loren Smith, who survives. Also surviving are two sons: Thomas Heater of Roanoke and Randall Brannon of Churchville; two brothers: Lawrence Heater of Roanoke, and Robert Heater of Roanoke; two sisters: Mary Asquith of Roanoke, and Velva Woody of Turnertown; two grandsons: Kevin and Kenneth Heater. She was preceded in death by three brothers; Al, Russ and Clarence Heater and two sisters: Helen Butcher and Ernestine Ables. Mrs. Smith was retired from the WV Glass Specialty Co with 16 years of service. She was a member of the Churchville United Methodist Church. Juanita loved to attended auction sales, ramp dinners and Bingo games. She also enjoyed the Senior Citizens monthly dinners at Camden. Friends called at the Pat Boyle Funeral Home and Cremation Service 144 Hackers Creek Road, Jane Lew Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday from the Pat Boyle Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery at Roanoke.
