JOSEPHINE FRALEY
Josephine Fraley, 79, of Ashland, KY, died Tuesday at the home of her son, Jesse B. Durkey of West Milton. Other survivors include two sisters, Sarah Williams of Portsmouth and trace Fraley of Gallopolis; and four grandchildren. Services will be 2pm Saturday at the 21st St. Tabernacle Church in Ashland, KY, with visitation from noon to 2pm at the church. Graveside services will be 2pm Sunday at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. The Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton, is in charge of arrangements.
