Deseret News, The (Salt Lake City, UT) - January 15, 1990. Obituary: HART M. DRAPER, SALT LAKE: Hart M. Draper, age 72, died January 13, 1990 in a Salt Lake hospital. He was born February 28, 1917 in Ogden, Utah to Hector Melvin and Lila Larsen Draper. On November 29, 1939 he married Edith Vawdrey in Ely, Nevada.

Survivors: wife, Edith, Salt Lake; children, David W. and his wife, Kathy, Sacramento, California; Paul S. and his wife, Lisa M., Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ross (Hollie) Russell, Longmont, Colorado; Marc L., Salt Lake City; Hans and Kathy Hammerl, Sacramento, California; five grandchildren, Harmony, Vicki, Robert, Kristi and Haley; brother and sister, Lance, Mrs. Dale (Bona) Gudmundsen, both Salt Lake City.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael; and brother, Robert. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, January 16, 1990, at 1:00 P.M. in the Draper Cemetery 12450 So. 950 East. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Shriner's Hospital in Salt Lake City. Goff Mortuary, Funeral Directors.
