EARNEST C. CORNELL DIES AT SPRING CITY

Earnest Cleveland Cornell of Spring City died at 2;40 o'clock this morning at his home. He was 58 years old. Mr. Cornell had been in ill health two years.

He was born at Hornet and had lived in that vicinity all his life, operation a grocery store there since 1914. In 1901 he married Miss Emma Cummins at Neosho. He was a member of the Masonic blue lodge at Hiattville, Kansas, the Scottish Rite at Fort Scott and the Shriners at Pittsburg.

Surviving, besides his widow, are a brother, E. E. Cornell of Spring City and three sisters, Mrs. Mina Cummins, 312 1/2 Main Street; Mrs. Mary Ingraham of Fairland, Oklahoma and Mrs. Florence Howell of St. Louis.

Arrangements are in charge of the Thornhill-Dillon mortuary. The body will be taken to the home this afternoon.
