Son of Earl Therman DECKER (1889–1954) and Mable G. Moore DECKER (1891–1966).

Married Esther Mae KIBBLER on 24 Dec 1947. They had the following children:

Obiturary
Mr. Decker was a master mechanic with the Fisher-Price Company of Holland, NY, retiring in 1973.

He was a veteran of WW II. Mr. Decker was a member of the VFW; a member of the exempt Firemen's Association; the American Legion; and a member of the Conservation Club all of Franklinville.

Surviving are a daughter, Julia Myrick of Franklinville; 3 sons, James Decker, Jamie Decker and David Decker all of Franklinville; a granddaughter; and a brother, Edwin Decker, of Franklinville.

Funeral arrangements were made by Babbitt & Allen Funeral Home in Franklinville. Funeral services were held at the home with Rev. Walter Whitcomb of Frewsburg, officiating.
